Ardent Legal, PLLC was founded by Morgantown, WV attorney, Brianna W. McCardle, in April 2022 on the principles of dedicated, passionate, and sincere representation. About Brianna W. McCardle
Brianna W. McCardle is the owner of Ardent Legal, PLLC. She is a 2015 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. During her practice, Brianna has represented clients from different walks of life in various legal arenas. She has represented clients in estate planning, personal injury, SSDI/SSI claims, family law, and criminal matters, and has successfully represented clients at the appellate level in the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Brianna served as Secretary for the Monongalia County Bar Association from 2018 until 2021, and currently serves as a member of the Monongalia County Bar Association Scholarship Committee. She founded Ardent Legal out of her desire to passionately practice law and to provide personal, dedicated, and sincere legal representation to her clients. Brianna is an attorney, wife, mother, coffee enthusiast, and long-time resident of Morgantown, WV who enjoys exploring the wilderness of West Virginia with her family and curling up with a good book or podcast in her spare time.
